Albany has long been home to me, and it’s where I made the transition into the world of financial planning. Prior to this, I lived in Ongerup/Borden where I balanced raising a family, nursing, and farming.

I believe that social connectedness (away from a screen) is vital for building strong communities. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable when discussing their financial future and to empower them to achieve results.

Based in Perth, I lead Sound Life Financial Services while staying connected to our clients across the Wheatbelt, Great Southern and South West. After a short stay in Albany, I returned to Perth to be closer to what matters most to my wife Jemma and me – friends and family.

I’m passionate about helping clients create a life filled with confidence and purpose. Outside of work, you’ll find me at the beach, walking our dog Coco, or sneaking in a cheeky nine holes of golf.

I embarked on my financial planning career in 2018 whilst undertaking my degree. Over the years, I’ve gained expertise working across various financial planning practices in Perth, and I am now excited to bring my experience to Sound Life in Albany.

My approach to financial planning is centered around empowering clients through education, goal setting and simplifying their financial matters. My goal is to help others navigate their finances efficiently so they can focus on what truly matters to them.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing footy, hiking with my dog, and experimenting with new recipes.

I re-entered the workforce in 2018, after spending valuable years raising my two children. As the Practice Manager, I’m committed to supporting our team in every possible way, from streamlining processes to finding solutions for any challenges that may arise. Working alongside our talented Advisers, I aim to enhance job satisfaction and contribute to a harmonious work environment where each team member can perform at their best. I’m proud of our team and workplace, where we guide and support our clients to help them achieve financial wellbeing.

After growing up in the Southwest, I have spent the last 6 years in Perth. Currently, I am balancing my studies in Finance and Financial Planning alongside my role at Sound Life, where I’m gaining invaluable experience. Being surrounded by such a great team is priceless as I work towards becoming an adviser.

Helping clients gain financial independence and live life on their terms is what drives me in this industry.

With a diverse background I bring a blend of skills and experiences to my administrative role. My time as a qualified veterinary nurse, bookkeeper and mum to three teenagers have instilled in me a practical yet empathetic and caring approach to those around me. I am dedicated to fostering a friendly and efficient environment and looking forward to learning all that the financial service industry has to offer.

After growing up in the Wheatbelt, I moved to Perth in 2017 to pursue my studies in Finance and Economics while working in the oil and gas industry. I have recently joined the team at Sound Life and am continuing my studies in financial planning, where I’m gaining valuable hands‑on experience.

Being part of such a supportive and knowledgeable team is incredibly rewarding as I develop my skills. I’m passionate about helping clients achieve long‑term financial confidence and peace of mind.
